What you’ll learn inside Sacred Sleep:

Week 1

Babies are born brilliant. We’ll explore who our babies really are from a neurobiological and anthropological lens so we can reorient ourselves to their complex inner landscapes and learn how to plant the seeds that facilitate their beautiful blossoming.

Week 2

Indigenous vs. industrialized infants: a retrospective to help bring clarity to where we’ve been and where we are so we can rewrite the narrative on where we’re going (so you can have the best retorts at family parties if you so choose).

Week 3

Conversations about consciousness: energetics meets evidence. Quantum physics, the stress system’s interplay with our own, shifting our story to shift our state, and practical strategies for reconnecting to our own inner guidance.

Weeks 4 & 5

Integrative Infant Sleep is fundamentally intuitive infant sleep. We’ll learn what our babies really need to thrive developmentally, emotionally, and socially, and what we can do instead of worshipping at the altar of sleep schedules and “drowsy but awake”. A parent-and-practitioner-friendly dive into everything you need to know to bring calm and confidence to baby sleep.

Weeks 6 & 7

Infant Mental Health is Societal Mental Health: wiring the stress system for lifelong wellbeing through early experience. These classes will remind you how and illustrate exactly why these early years are crucial to mental, physical, and emotional health so you can rest in the knowledge that no, you can’t “coddle” a baby and yes, you can contact nap as long as you’d like.

Weeks 8 & 9

Working with our inner-witch; the bridging of science and spirituality to reconnect to our intuition and come back into right-relationship with ourselves, our babies, and our communities. These classes will be experiential — the alchemy in action — so you can leave with the wisdom you’ve garnered in your body instead of just in your head.

If we haven’t met yet, hi, hello! I’m Britt. I’m a mother to a four-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son. I met the love of my life — their father — in the back of a warehouse-afterparty in San Francisco and knew instantly we’d create the family we did. Electric love. Love that made no sense at the time to my very rational, very skeptical brain. But I let my intuition lead. And here we are. :-)

I’m also a writer. A seeker. An energy worker. A woman who once denied and ignored her inner mystic. A woman who once wore a pant suit (and coached executives for things like Shark Tank and UN speeches). A woman who “woke up” — to her power, to her direct line to the divine (if that word makes you cringe, keep reading).   • You. If you’re reading this, you probably already know if Sacred Sleep is for you. You’ll feel it in your bones. A curiosity. A calling. This is for the mothers who don’t subscribe to the prevailing paradigm of disconnection and separation but can’t figure out where they belong (here, you belong here). It’s for the women who want to quiet the external noise and tune back into their inner-wisdom through science and spirituality. Sacred Sleep is for you if you’re pregnant or if you’ve got a baby aged 0-3 or if you work closely with babies aged 0-3 and want to have a holistic understanding of infant sleep AND transmute old narratives holding you back. You’ll gain an in-depth understanding of infant sleep and you’ll get acquainted with the exact tools I use with my clients to troubleshoot and transform.

  • Yes! We’ll meet live for 60-90 minutes once a week starting the week of 5/12 (I’ll send the schedule out once you sign up) and class will be dynamic, fluid, and FUN. This is not your average course. I want each class to feel like a retreat; a moment to drop in together and do the transformational work of excavating our power and rediscovering ancient truths. If you can’t make class live, you can watch the recording(s) which I’ll have available an hour after class. Feel free to come as you are, come on video or off, come with your babe or solo. You’ll get access to the Sacred Sleep Space within Circle upon signing up so you can browse the space and get familiar before class starts.

  • Sure, want one? I can print one for you. But you don’t “need one”. You’ll have everything you need inside. Everything you need to parse through the confusing onslaught of misinformation and stand firmly in your knowledge and intuition; everything you need to make body-led decisions. If you’re a practitioner, I’m happy to figure out a way to help you legitimize the knowledge you’ve gained through the course via a certificate.

  • I’ve been in too many courses (in school through the acquiring of my master’s degree and online through continuing ed programs) that leave you feeling whiplashed and overwhelmed. This is the opposite of that. We’re moving with the rhythms of motherhood and nature; not against. Live class will be 60-90 minutes each week depending on the topic. There’s no homework. There’s no additional reading (unless you desire). If you can’t catch class live, you can watch via the recording during a contact nap or listen to it like an audiobook while you drive.

  • For as long as you need. You’ll receive an invite to join the Circle app the week before class begins and you’ll have access to the “sacred sleep” space where you can chat with the other women in your class, download materials, and view classes.
