Working with your baby’s biological needs instead of against can take time. Gradual changes reduce resistance, protect the developing stress system, and lead to sustainable change. Each package I offer allows us the time and space to navigate sleep concerns in a collaborative, investigative way. Integrative Infant Sleep

  • Investment: $3,333 or 12 × $277.75

    A year-long postpartum sleep and well-being mentorship supporting your sacred transition into motherhood. Have me on retainer for sleep support while you navigate new waters.

    Includes:

    • Monthly 1:1 coaching/troubleshooting calls

    • Matrescence counseling

    • Community; group chats and calls with mamas just like you

    • Resources and guides

    • Sleep and parenting education

    • Strategies for self-regulation

  • Investment: $775

    Need to make a change and want to do it without sleep training? Over the course of a month, we'll work together to optimize your baby (and family's!) sleep.

    Includes:

    • One month of comprehensive support

    • Up to four virtual consults @45 minutes each

    • Four email check-ins

    • Digital guides and resources

    • Individualized sleep plan

  • Investment: $220 (virtual) or $280 (in person)

    Virtual: If you don't feel you need multi-week support and want to run a specific scenario by me, let's chat! During our conversation, I'll help troubleshoot whatever specific sleep concern you're inquiring about. You determine what we discuss and you can ask as many questions as you'd like.

    In Person: In-person or in-home session to meet you and your babe (and partner/other caregivers if desired), audit your sleep space, and troubleshoot sleep concerns in real-time. Includes:

    • 1 hour of in-person support

    • One follow-up email

  • Investment: $480

    A month of the same individualized support of a 1:1 coaching call, but on your own schedule. You'll fill out intake forms covering everything from your daily rhythm to environment to temperament and we'll determine how to optimize your baby's sleep.

    Includes:

    • Analysis of your forms

    • One month of voice support via Voxer or WhatsApp

    • Personalized recommendations, resources, and referrals
