Working with your baby’s biological needs instead of against can take time. Gradual changes reduce resistance, protect the developing stress system, and lead to sustainable change. Each package I offer allows us the time and space to navigate sleep concerns in a collaborative, investigative way. Integrative Infant Sleep

  • Investment: $225

    If you don't feel you need multi-week support and want to run a specific scenario by me, let's chat! During our conversation, I'll help troubleshoot whatever specific sleep concern you're inquiring about. You determine what we discuss and you can ask as many questions as you'd like. Parents often use this 60 min session to:

    • Gut check their intuition

    • Understand normal biological infant sleep and the neurobiology of their baby’s sleep

    • Screen for underlying causes of disturbed sleep (outside of normal night wakes) with me via my Body-Based-Baby-Sleep Framework to get at the root of what might be going on

    • Plan for an upcoming transition (returning to work, nightweaning, moving to a floor bed, etc.)

    • Review safe sleep set-ups and audit sleep spaces

  • Investment: $975

    Need to make a change and want to do it without sleep training? Over the course of a month, we'll work together to optimize your baby (and family's!) sleep.

    Includes:

    • Initial Body-Based-Baby-Sleep evaluation to screen for red flags and evaluate daytime sleep “hygiene'“ and circadian rhythm function

    • One month of comprehensive whole-family support including voice memo support in-between sessions so you are never left spiraling

    • Up to four virtual consults (1x/week @45 minutes each)

    • Up to four email check-ins

    • Free access to any of my digital guides

  • Enrollment for Sacred Sleep is open three times a year. Cohorts begin in January, May, and September. Sacred Sleep is mind-body-spirit medicine. It’s a journey through the science and spirituality of the largest transformation of a lifetime (motherhood) through the lens of sleep so you can stand firmly in your power and trust your intuition even amidst a culture that screams “sleep train!”. You’ll emerge calm, confident, and deeply attuned to your baby.

    Over a period of 9 consecutive weeks, we meet 1x/week on Zoom to excavate everything we think we know about infant sleep (and our relationship to it). We explore:

    • What’s normal and what’s not

    • What to expect in the first three years of neurobiological infancy

    • How we got where we are culturally and how to mother against the machine

    • Returning to intuition from an embodied place

    • Consciousness as a tool for shifting our state and altering our relationship to the early years of mothering

    • How to THRIVE instead of just SURVIVE in the throes of nighttime nurture

    • Polyvagal theory, breathwork, mindfulness, and practical tools to widen your window of tolerance
