My Approach

Integrative Infant Sleep

Integrative

My approach preserves everyone’s mental health, honors the sacredness of the mother-baby dyad, and supports whole-family sleep.

Informed

My work is informed by the latest research in neuroscience, developmental psychology, anthropology, quantum physics, and evolutionary biology.

Intuitive

I will never recommend anything that requires ignoring your baby’s attempt at communicating and I'll never encourage you to try something that goes against your instincts.

Rethinking Sleep. Reclaiming Trust.

Sleep is often the doorway into re-examining everything we’ve been taught about babies and what they need to thrive.
Our culture keeps asking, “How do we get babies to sleep through the night?”
But what we really ought to be asking is, “How do we support our babies’ developing brains and bodies—day and night?”

Sleep is a dynamic, multifaceted, relational process and a biological function—not a “skill” to be taught or trained.

Babies arrive as carry-mammals, with only about 25 % of their eventual adult brain volume. They don’t know it’s 2025. Their ancient wiring expects closeness day and night — warmth, touch, and responsive care that build the foundation for lifelong mental, physical, and emotional wellness.

Honoring that design often means guiding parents out of fear and back into trust. Through Good Night Moon Child courses, workshops, and community spaces, I share the Integrative Infant Sleep framework—a lens that considers environment, energetics, birth imprints, sensory input, circadian rhythm, temperament, sleep cues, and body-based patterns (and much more) so babies and parents can thrive together.

This isn’t the place to come for quick-fixes and behavioral interventions.
I will never promise to get your baby “sleeping through the night,” because wakefulness is normal and I don’t want to “get” your baby “to do” anything. I want to work with your baby, not against them.

This is the place for returning to our wise-inner knowing. The place for remembering that your baby isn’t broken for needing closeness and comfort — and neither are your instincts to respond to their cries. Integrative Infant Sleep is a framework rooted in evidence-based interdisciplinary research, ancestral wisdom, and deep reverence for your intuition, alongside resources that help you stay curious, confident, and connected as you support your baby’s natural rhythms. This work is an invitation to return to your own inner knowing. To get out of your head and back into your heart.

So, how does it work?

For babies:

We will look closely at temperament, routine, environment, sensory preferences, potential red flags, sleep hygiene, and even explore energetic variables to address sleep holistically. I look through a four-pronged framework I’ve dubbed “Body-Based-Baby-Sleep” to leave no stone unturned.

For mothers:

No one knows your baby better than you. I will never strip you of your authority or agency. Sleeping through the night is not a measure of success; it’s not a reflection of your parenting, and we won’t focus on that single metric society seems obsessed with. Instead, we’ll figure out how to help you feel resourced as we navigate sleep together.

For families:

Our children need love and connection. They need us to be present, not perfect. I believe families deserve options when it comes to infant sleep and it's my job to ensure you feel educated and empowered.
