INTEGRATIVE INFANT SLEEP™ SUPPORT

You don’t have to figure out your baby’s sleep alone.

Gentle, body-based support for your baby’s sleep—without sleep training, pressure, or overriding your instincts.

If you’re here, something probably feels hard. You’ve scoured the internet and wonder if you’re missing something.
Maybe your baby wakes constantly, bedtime feels heavy, or you’ve tried everything and nothing is clicking.

And maybe that’s why you’re here. Because at a certain point, you don’t need more information, you need support. Not a method. Not a one-size-fits-all plan. But someone who can actually look at your baby, your situation, and your life and help you understand what’s going on.

Sleep isn’t something we train.
It’s something that unfolds when your baby’s biology, nervous system, and relationships feel safe.

What if this isn’t a sleep problem?

Most approaches look at sleep as behavior.
Something to fix. Train. Optimize.

But sleep isn’t a behavior.
It’s a physiological state that’s shaped by your baby’s body, nervous system, and connection to you.

When something feels off with sleep, it’s usually not random.
It’s your baby communicating something deeper.

Inside this work, we don’t isolate sleep.
We look at the full ecosystem your baby is living inside.
It’s shaped by your baby’s body, your relationship, and what’s happening beneath the surface.

When we understand the full picture, things start to make sense again.

We look at the whole picture.

BIOLOGICAL

Your baby’s body and physiology. Sleep pressure, circadian rhythm, feeding, sensory needs, and regulation.

Because sleep isn’t a behavior, it’s a physiological state that can only happen when the body is ready.

RELATIONAL

Your connection, your presence, and your baby’s sense of safety.

Because babies don’t regulate alone—they regulate with you.

ENERGETIC

The felt sense between you and your baby. The nervous system “field” you share—before words, before behavior.

Tension, overwhelm, calm… all of it lives here. And sometimes, sleep disruptions are happening in this invisible layer.

SPIRITUAL

The deeper layer of meaning, integration, and what your baby is moving through. Not something to fix or interpret, but something to gently notice and hold with care.

Because sometimes sleep is part of a bigger unfolding.

When these layers are supported together, sleep doesn’t need to be forced.

It begins to unfold naturally.

What Support Actually Looks Like

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan.
And it’s not about pushing your baby to do something they’re not ready for.

When you work with an Integrative Infant Sleep Practitioner, you’re supported in:

  • Understanding what’s actually driving your baby’s sleep patterns

  • Identifying where things feel stuck (and why)

  • Supporting your baby’s nervous system and body

  • Creating rhythms that work for your real life

  • Finding ways to get more rest without overriding your instincts

You’re not being given a method.
You’re being guided back to your baby.

  • If you want to talk through a specific situation, this is a space to do that.

During this session, we’ll look at what’s happening with your baby’s sleep and begin to understand why, so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and connection with yourself and your baby.

Parents often use this session to:

    • Understand what’s biologically normal

    • Learn how their baby’s sleep works through a body-based, relational lens

    • Screen for underlying contributors or red flags to disrupted sleep

    • Talk through a specific challenge or pattern they’re navigating

    • Gut check their intuition and what they’re feeling

    • Plan for upcoming transitions (returning to work, night weaning, changing sleep spaces, etc.)

    • Review sleep environments and safe sleep setups

    You’ll leave with:

    • Clear answers about what’s going on

    • A deeper understanding of your baby’s sleep

    • Guidance on what to shift, support, or explore next

  • If you’re ready for deeper support and want to make changes without sleep training, this is where we work together over time.

Over the course of a month, we’ll look at your baby’s sleep as a whole and support it from the inside out—so you’re not left trying to piece things together on your own.

    This includes:

    • An initial 45-minute virtual Body-Based Baby Sleep evaluation

to screen for red flags and assess your baby’s sleep, development, and daily rhythms

    • Ongoing whole-family support

so you’re not left second-guessing or spiraling between sessions

    • Three 45-minute 1:1 video consults

to guide you through changes, answer questions, and adjust as needed

    • Support between sessions (voice notes or messaging)

so you have real-time guidance as things unfold

    • Four email check-ins

to track progress and continue refining support

    • Free access to all GNMC digital guides

    This support is designed to:

    • Help you understand the root of what’s going on

    • Guide you through changes in a way that feels aligned and sustainable

    • Support your baby’s sleep as it reorganizes over time

    • Build your confidence in how to respond and move forward

This is bigger than baby sleep. Sleep is just where the rupture becomes impossible to ignore.

This is a cultural correction.
