OWNER OF SACRED NURTURING
MAMA TO
ADA + SKY
I’m a mom, a deep-feeler, and someone who is endlessly in awe of babies and the way they teach us simply by being here—fully present, fully themselves.
I became a mother almost three years ago to my daughter, Ada—a child who feels deeply, loves fiercely, and continues to be my greatest teacher. Motherhood cracked me open in the most sacred way, inviting me to slow down, soften, and learn how to love with presence instead of fear—both with my child and with myself.
Before motherhood, my work was in early childhood education, with a focus on social-emotional development. I spent years immersed in meditation, breathwork, and somatic healing, but it wasn’t until I became a mother that this work truly came alive. It became something I lived and embodied in my everyday life.
Through this experience, I began to see so clearly how much babies need nurture, closeness, safety, and deeply attuned relationships with their caregivers—and how much mothers need those exact same things. I came to understand that supporting baby sleep without supporting the mother misses the heart of what’s actually going on.
As a breathwork and meditation guide, and a Certified Integrative Infant Sleep Practitioner through Good Night Moon Child, my work is rooted in helping you understand your baby’s sleep through a relational, body-based lens. Together, we look at what’s underneath the patterns you’re experiencing—so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
Whether we’re meeting for a single session or working together more deeply over time, my intention is to create a space where you feel supported, seen, and grounded in your own intuition. This isn’t about fixing your baby—it’s about helping you feel more connected to your baby, your body, and your inner knowing.
I have spent the last three years nursing, cosleeping, and bedsharing, learning firsthand what it means to parent in close relationship. I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband and two sweet babies - Ada & Sky.
I’m here to listen, hold space, and walk alongside you with gentleness.
I’m so grateful you’re here ❊
